p.s. if you run on a treadmill don’t hold on to the handles because then your body doesn’t exert itself the way it should.

- 10 full minutes dancing
- 10 minutes walking

- diet still going on. i need to stick to my limits a little more strictly. i like to eat sweets too much

- about 40 minutes of running, walking, and jump roping. So much cardio. but so worth it.
